Nefertiti (ca. 1370 BC – ca. 1330 BC) was the Great Royal wife (chief consort) of the Egyptian Pharaoh Akhenaten . Nefertiti and her husband were known for a religious revolution, in which they worshiped one god only, Aten, or the sun disc.
Nefertiti had many titles including Hereditary Princess ; Great of Praises ; Lady of Grace , Sweet of Love ; Lady of The Two Lands ; Main King’s Wife, his beloved ; Great King’s Wife, his beloved and  Lady of all Women .

Nefertiti was one of the most powerful , beautiful and influential queens of ancient Egypt. Nefertiti was active in religious and cultural changes initiated by her husband . She had the position as a priest and she was devoted worshipper of god Aten . In the royal religion , the king and the queen were viewed as a ' primeval first pair' . It was they who worshipped the sun disk { named Aten } .
she also look on the role of Tefnut { goddess of moisture, moon , dryness and sun } .

Nefertiti remains the most beautiful woman in the world. She played in religious revolution centering on monotheistic worship of sun disk, Aten. About after 14 years , Nefertiti disappears from public view. One theory of Nefertiti's disappearance is that she assumed a male identity and ruled under the Smenkhare . Another theory , she was murdered as part of the return to traditional Egyptian religion customs.

Nefertiti joined her husband in reigning and in worship of a new religion . She joined her husband Akhenaten in worship  of a new religion that celebrated the power of  Sun disk Aten .

Nefertiti's prominent role in Egyptian royal rule and religious worship reflects her influence in public sphere. She was also influential in establishing one of the world's first monotheistic religion { the worship of one god } with the worship of sun - god Aten .
